February 29, 1976 — September 16, 2022

Kenneth G. "Kenny" Frank, age 46, town of Two Creeks resident, died unexpectedly at his residence Friday morning, September 16, 2022, from complications of Parkinson's.

Kenny was born in Manitowoc on February 29, 1976 to Laddie and Lynne (Borgwardt) Frank. He attended Mishicot Public Schools, graduating with the class of 1995 from Mishicot High School. He then furthered his education at NWTC where he enrolled in mechanics school. Kenny grew up "a farm boy", working on farms from his early childhood into his early adult years (He Loved Tractors). He later went on to work construction for many years and was a proud member of Union Local #330. He also worked for several nuclear plants, retiring as Civil Superintendent for Nuclear Laborers in 2019 due to health conditions. Kenny was a volunteer firefighter/first responder for the Two Creeks Fire Department for over 23 years. He Loved & Lived life to the fullest. He was a proud Harley owner; loved racing for many years at 141 Speedway; and loved everything about the outdoors - hunting, fishing, and his absolute favorite, camping. Kenny was also a member of the Manitowoc County Parkinson's Support Group.

He is survived by two children: Emma Frank and Zachary Frank; his fiancee, Becky Siebert; and his parents, Laddie and Lynne Frank, all of Mishicot. He is further survived by brothers and sisters: Debra (Mark) Kaderabek of Whitelaw, Darren (Jennifer) Frank of Marshall, WI, Kevin (Tricia) Frank of Kaukauna, Kathy (Geo) Wiemers of Greenfield; along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
