Dean T. Lester

Dean Thomas Lester, age 73 of Tisch Mills, passed away peacefully at his residence Wednesday morning, September 6, 2023.

Dean was born in Stevens Point, WI on May 2, 1950 to Royal and June (Emory) Lester and attended schools in Steven Point. Dean married Wendy A. Burdick on April 30, 1983 in Door County. He retired from WCUB Radio where he worked as a radio announcer/program director for many years.

Survivors include his wife, Wendy; two sons, Russell and John Lester; one daughter, Amanda Lester; and a step-daughter, Keri Karnopp; and six grandchildren: Samara, Kira, Brayden, Kerissa, Leilah, and Avery. He is further survived by a brother, Bruce (Kim) Lester; and two sisters: Sharon (Jeff) Biszantz, and Pamela (Daron) Hill.

Private family services will be held for Dean at the Lambert-Eckert Funeral Home of Mishicot.
